A new published book, The Problem With Paleo, by Joey Lott may only be free of charge for a limited days. Go download it here now if you are interested:
I haven't read it yet, but I read his other books before which I think worth reading such as "The Mother of All Antioxidants: How Health Gurus are Misleading You and What You Should Know about Glutathione", "The Mold Cure: Natural and Effective Solutions to Mold Growth, Allergies, and Mycotoxins" and "Just Eat It: How to Ditch the Green Smoothies & Juice Fasts, Heal Your Gut and Enjoy Eating Again".
Here's what I just received from Joey Lott's newsletter:
My new book, The Problem With Paleo, has just been published. I'm really excited to share it with you for free. Seriously, it's an awesome book, and I think you're going to like it a lot.
It's only free for the next couple of days. So please go download it now from here. And once you've read it, please write a review on Amazon.
If ever you have doubts or feel guilty eating those "dangerous" neolithic foods like grains and dairy (macaroni and cheese anyone?) or if you still fall for the myth that our paleolithic ancestors were all always healthy because they never ate grains and dairy, this book will put your mind at ease. It's a fun, easy-to-read, and critical look at the pitfalls of the paleo diet fad.
I love sharing books with you for free. You'd do me a huge favor if you could take a moment to write a review of the book once you've read it. That makes a HUGE difference for independent authors like me. I believe in what I write about. I believe it is important and valuable information. If you agree, a review would be awesome. Your review helps others to find and take a chance on a book from an independent author.

"It would be a mistake to honor attachment as the only inclination of the soul in relationships. As strong as the yearning for attachment is, there is obviously something else in us that yearns for solitude, freedom, and detachment. Our examination of relationship must include both sides of this spectrum and embrace the tension that may exist as we try to give attention to each." - Thomas Moore

Depression is not only psychologically related. For many people, their depression are also physically or biologically related.
Some of the physical illness or issues that may cause, co-exist or linked to depression are such as:
- neurotransmitters or brain chemistry change
- hormonal change
- thyroid issues
- head injury
- nutrient deficiencies e.g. vitamin B3, B6, B7
- longstanding illness, chronic pain or serious illness e.g. migraine, arthritis, fibromyalgia, diabetes, cancer, Parkinson's disease, AIDS etc.
- stroke and other neurological conditions
- heart or blood circulation related issues
- insomnia or sleeping problem
- drugs taking e.g. drugs used for acne, inflammation, gastrointestinal issues, high blood pressure and contraception etc.
- alcohol, tobacco and other substance abuse
Whether psychological intervention and taking antidepressants would be helpful enough is varied among individuals.

When watching the film, a question appeared in my mind: unfairness happens almost everywhere in the world, just sometimes don't we feel ashamed of the lack of fairness in humanity?
It tells the story of Jackie Robinson. To go through all those experiences and personal growth along the way, one does need a high self esteem, self contained and wisdom.
Quite a nice film for me.
And by the way, Harrison Ford always reminds me of one of the old film that he starred named "Sabrina" ;)

Not all fats and sugars are bad.
Eat healthy foods in order to have a healthy life.
Good fat is one of those we need.
According to “Stop worrying about fat” from the Harvard Medical School,
“When making choices about what food to eat, keep your eye on the big picture. Favor healthy fats instead of avoiding all fats.

Many people use internet or modern communication technology in this era. It has certain risks or drawbacks besides the benefits it brings. One should always be aware of the possible risks.
For people who use internet, it’s a worth to watch movie.
For people who do not use internet, I guess the story is quite nice too.
The story also relates to people’s connection or relationship.
